Do You Have a Bug Out Bag?

My name is John Grey, and until recently I foolishly didn’t have a “bug out bag.” The reason I say I was foolish is because my family and I live in the foothills of southern California. We are in an area that is subject to fires, mudslides and earthquakes. We always had a plan in place should a natural disaster hit. My wife was to get the kids, I would take charge of the pets, our oldest son was to grab photographs, and so forth. Then I read about bug out bags, and my mission to get some put together began! Each member of our family has a bag of their own. I want to share the items we have in ours, and hope that it inspires you to create a bag of your own.
